Daily - on weekends or days off when I can surf the net then multiple times - up 5 times; however, my cum load greatly diminishes after the first load. I've tried stopping the daily JO but the longest I gone is about 3 days. The first cum load then is a little larger but the subsequent loads are small again.

I usually masturbate 3 or 4 times a week. I usually just use good old online material or reading stories. Its good to have a few releases per week.

I do masturbate daily, mainly in the morning as i am already erect...it is a great start to the day laying down in bed and enjoying a feel good moment...i prefer it to night time wank as then i ll need to getup to pee not long after.
Otherwise i also wank in my home sauna on top of it...so about 10 to 12 times a week
