i've tried the weights but to me easier to just tug on them to stretch them also staying nude helps them hang. and i agree when i wear shorts i go commando i know if i'm out and sit down they show and hang out.

Abso fn lutely. I wear verrry short shorts with my ball rings on just so they show below the bottom of the shorts. I make the shorts even shorter by rolling the waistband down so they ride up into my ass crack and really so the bulge and balls hang loooow!
