  That is cock and ball torture. (what I like to receive) Also Computer Based Training. When I was still working, co-workers were wondering why I could barely suppress laughing whem the female supervisor would announce "I want the CBT results on my desk by COB."  (close of business)

  Amy suggested I Google CBT1000. I did and got adverts for a 1000 watt blender. I see what you mean when you say it might cause real harm.

  For anyone who hasn't picked it up the CB6000 is a chastity belt for men (see the full text of that link or follow the link). It is designed to prevent you getting an erection by caging your penis in the limp position. The link can take you to a whole range of male chastity belts, all of which work in the same way. So don't get too excited! CBT could easily stand for Chastity Belt Torture/Training.
  The problem with Amy putting it on you is that you will get the erection before she can get it in position and secured.
