been with my girlfriend for 3 years . We love each other. But, I have an issue that had almost ended our relationship. I have something called phimosis at 45 years old found out this is a treatable medical condition. It has made sex extremely painful for me, to the extent that I can't relax and enjoy it. I'm getting treatment and will hopefully have full function within a couple of months and then will be able to enjoy sex. We're trying an open one sided relationship to keep things going.
