A 10 acre parcel next door with a giant green house on it was valued at around $180,000 couple years ago. Probably could not sell at all right now. My property might have gone for 3 $300,000 with 3 floor house (2000 sq ft)and 2 bedroom house (700 sq ft)and large shed and swimming pool deck w roof. Just a guess. But now I have no idea if I would be able to sell at all.
