Thank you all for your prayer support and well wishes. I am in quite a bit of pain, but my plastic surgeon did not have to take cartilage from elsewhere and, although he had to do a skin graft, he took it from another part of my nose and not elsewhere (skin from my neck would have been his next choice). I had plenty of unused pain killer (Tramadol) left from my last surgery - surprisingly since that was considered a major surgery and required an overnight stay - I'm finding that it's helpful now.
