My knee is showing signs of improvement but still has a ways to go. I finally got on my treadmill yesterday to walk for a few minutes at a rate slower than 1 mph. I plan to do that again today so I don't lose the muscle tone I need. Thanks to all who have messaged me or posted wishes for my speedy recovery. I'm coming along - a good time to stay home for all of us, right? Take care, folks!
