TrueTrust score suddenly dropped.

My score suddenly fell from over 4 to 3.34 for no apparent reason. Others in the chat room say theirs did as well. I have not posted anything inappropriate or broken any rules that I am aware of. All the numbers in the details look the same as far as I can remember. I have maximum score for longevity and profile completeness. Has the algorithm for calculating suddenly been changed? Frustrating to not know why.
