My certification was denied

Please follow the following steps

Certification pictures are approved every 24 to 48 hours, longer on holidays and weekends

If your certification was denied feel free to re certify after reviewing the guidelines

  • List of most common denial reasons

    • - Sign not present in one or both photos

    - Same photo uploaded twice

    - User name unreadable/poor quality picture

    - Gender does not match photo or both people not present for couple

    - Sign doesn’t contain username or say True Swingers

    - Appears photo shopped

    - Face not visible in one or both photos

    - Username on sign does not match current username

    - Photo too small
