I was surprised that it's ok to wear in the sauna (if you're careful-it has to be metal). It stays the temperature of your body and feels great. I always get a bit harder in the cold shower if I'm wearing one.

I also like them for the look and the feel. Hardness is also enhanced, but I've not noticed a difference in duration. Penetration depth can be reduced with wider rings since the balls cannot move out of the way.
