Clothing optional places to relax in Chicago ?

I am deeply searching a place to relax near Chicago fully nude. Dont mind people with cloth on. Just want it in a legal place.

Found some bathhouse, but one requires swimsuit all the time (odd for Roman bath), the other one you are wearing a robe.

I am looking maybe for a place with bath and saunas where you can be nude all the time. And its a bonus if they dont mind a cockring.
