Simply put, soft swap tends to be kissing and cuddling but with no full penetrative sex - it may include a bit of oral and possibly a wank off and a rub of the clit/pussy to orgasm - but if you want it to stop earlier then you can; full swap (not surprisingly) includes all this plus full on penetrative sex.
