is it true you can be Naked any ware on young property in North Carolina

My backyard is very private, surrounded by tall mature Cedars, & a small creek near the back of the property. So when it's much warmer, I will be out in the garden & patio - in my B-Day suit

No . . . Yes . . . Maybe. . . You can ask that question anonymously on DuckDuckGo - com, or on StartPage, to see, at least, a partial answer. But, you might need a VPN program, if you want to remain anonymous when you click on a link. If you don't care who can track your searches, use any search engine. ... As usual, your answers may be ambiguous, depending upon local ordinances... or even local, public complaints, without a law. :-/

Yes no maybe is the right answer. It depends on a lot of things, including local ordinances, whether or not your property is in the line of sight of a public way, a school or religious institution and sometimes civic buildings or places of work. There is an expectation of a fence, and a rather high one if you want privacy but also to make it impossible for anyone to see you unless they tresspass. There is a thread here with five or six supreme and circuit/lower court rulings on nudity in the home, on the property and in public and none of them are good in terms of supporting nudism as a right, and in the case of a couple, (two ladies go through a fence and cut through a man's yard and see him nude through his window and call the cops and press charges and he was convicted and that conviction was upheld which by Canadian or British standards is an egregious miscarriage of justice (Id argue US too but the SCOTUS does not agree).

You are entitled to fair use of your property but not if you are being a nuisance which... can be interpreted in a variety of ways and they will be creative to ding someone for nudity when they want to (for example, if you are using a riding mower nude without footwear some places they would ding you with unsafe operation of a motor vehicle if it has a key start ignition (not a joke) and being visible from again, a whole list of possibles nude even if on your property is something law enforcement will respond to on complaint in most of the US States. The best thing to do is to find out what zoning applies to and around your property and what bylaws govern those areas immediately adjacent to your property (for example churches have a whole slew of town and county specific ordinances like no ladies of leisure within a 100 yards of the church or no open drinking cussing or spitting of tobacco, and that is an automatic red flag for property in that catchment and sight line even if the church is out of view because they will interpret anything that fits in that moral cadre as "against the bylaw" if a complaint is made.

If you want to know for sure, I would then ask civic clerks office what kind of consideration to the local zoning need be made if you were to put in a swimming pool where people might be able to see swimmers and guests in swimsuits but mistake them for nude or just find some too revealing out of an abundance of care and caution and they will tell you or will research with an attorney in the civic admin for a fee, and tell you a) no pools allowed in your area, b) the walls must be this high and private access through the home plus insurance, etc etc. Anything where they are restricting bathing due local zoning or requesting excessive barrier and access restriction is a red flag.

This is an excellent example of where the burden of proof for anyone who might be offended is almost entirely on them because they have to explain how they came to be in your backyard uninvited through a tall row of dense cedar or wading through a creek to then cross a yard and up in your garden and patio. However, in two states, one of which is Virginia tresspass was viewed as a non material aspect of a case (even though it was his property the path was used to get to a school in part so somehow that made it a legal right of way) and this man was seen nude through his window in his home (they tresspass, look in his window and decide to call the cops and the court says well done), and in another city camera array on an 18 foot mast caught another citizen in their home through a window and that was upheld as legal as well, both of these horrify me in terms of privacy and civil liberty.
