Showing off buttocks and indecent exposure (in USA)

Hey all,

In multiple indecent exposure code you can sometimes see that showing buttocks is considered indecent exposure.

Last time I was in Miami Beach, I saw a girl (with a fairly big butt, nicely shaped though) wearing a micro denim short looking like a thong. Sitting in front of a CVS store. so not on the beach or the walkway along the beach.

My question is how much of the butt cheeks is considered buttocks.

Back in the days, I used to wear these so called shorts that went below the knees. Since several years now, my shorts has been shrinking.
I'm a guy and I wore confidently short shorts I purchased from the women department. Mostly from Shein.
I cut off one myself to be just by the back pocket, to keep the use of them. This shows about 4cm (1.6 inches). When having my short shorts sitting lower on my waist, I can just cover entirely the butt cheeks.

Would I be in trouble walking with this on the streets?

What about visible dick shape? Especially if partially hard or fully hard?

Trying to know how far we can take the showoff of butt cheeks on public street and stores in Miami beach. And what about everywhere else?
