What's the deal with the cam's? Why aren't they working?

I haven't been able to get my cam to turn on for the past several weeks. I haven't seen any other cams either. What gives???

fyi: The server software has a gap init and it keeps overloading. IT has tried all he could to free up space ( purging saved PM's/messages but to no avail. It's in the hands of the server company.
