Certification Document

I want to upload photos in order to get certified but I don't know where to find the certification documents to print them. I have done this on Truenudists some time ago but I don't remember what I did. Is it acceptable to print by hand "Trueswingers" and my user name? Maybe not because the document seems to have your account number on it. This is an issue because I may also have trouble with my printer. Thanks for any help.

I'm trying to remember where the link was, it seems like I had a hard time finding it. I think when you go to the certification area, there is a few instructions. It may be in the first instruction that tells you to print the document, hover over the actual words "print the document" and see if that is where you click. I remember that the document has your user name, account number, and date.
