Wearing ball weights to work??
Return to DiscussionsMost adult stores carry them. They are a bit in the expensive side - heavy and made out of steel. Determine your sizes first. I bought cheap brass / steel rings at Tractor Supply Store. Mix of sizes. That will allow buy the correct sizes without using an expensive trail and error method.

Does anyone else like wearing a nice set of ball weights to work? I love them. I have two go to sets - one set for just my balks and another that goes over the entire package. Both of them feel great!!!
I do almost everyday. I'm ordering 2 new from chaingang this afternoon. They will weigh 1 1/2 pounds together.
