New locking weight (too small) = 1lb 10oz
(Opening - 1.5in. Edge to edge - 2 . 1.5 tall)

My gland rings are 25mm id x 15mm high x 5mm thickness it fits well. My ball rings are 40mm mostly although I do have a couple at 38mm. These are slightly tight ang take time to fit. cock and ball rings range from 45 to 50mm. letme know if you want pics.
