Having been in an Austrian Spa (saunas, hot rooms, steam rooms, pool...) I can say they are brilliant. Everyone is naked and accepts nudity as a matter of course. And they are mixed, men and women together.

We went to stay in Austria and spent some time in the sauna/shower area, naked. The rest of our party from England were horrified! We have a long way to go in this country
