Haulover is a legal nude beach but the county has eyes looking for any reason to ban nudity and having sex is the #1 infraction. The beach ambassadors walk the beach if an effort to prevent this type of conduct. Enjoy the beach, its great and we are hoping it stays that way.
Good luck doing that on a public beach... One couple made national
headlines, recently for appearing to have sex on a public
beachin view of a mother and child. I didn't get all the
details becausethe only report I saw was on a TV Tabloid show
but it looked like at least one of the pair was sent to jail and
placed on the "Registered Sex Offender List" ... If you get
that title, it comes with someSTIFF restrictions,in
addition to any jail time or fines,andwill stay with
you for the rest of your life!! (In the U.S.A.)Some police like to use that
as a threat to restricteven casual, non sexual nudity, such
as skinny dipping or sun tanning, in a public place. :-(
Just cross the water and stay at Cap d'Agde in France. Sex is common at the far end of the beach. Any MF couple having sex will soon collect a circle of masturbating men watching them. The night life is sexy too with plenty of provision for any kind of MF sex you can imagine.
Forgive me for any offense I may make, but I want to let you know it is illegal to have sex on both public and private beaches, especially in Florida, and even more so in naturist/nudist areas (including beaches, resorts, and hot springs). You can get into legal trouble or worse.
In May 2015, a couple from Florida, Jose Caballero and Elissa Alvarez, were found guilty of having sex before a huge crowd, including children, in Cortez Beach, Bradenton, Florida, USA. Their action was recorded by an old woman and the video was subsequently used as evidence against them. Alvarez was sentenced to one month in prison, while Caballero was sentenced to 2 and a half years of imprisonment. Alvarez was required to be registered as sex offender, and so would Caballero after he gets his release in November 2017.
So don't be like them. You don't want to have a serious criminal record in your life.
