Return to Discussionsi saw a picture on one of the groups where two guys were at the folsum street fair in san francisco and they had they ball sack filled with saline damn they looked bigger that a beef steak tomato - huge. not sure i'd want to try and curious does it go back to normal at some point , might be fun to play with .
I've been wanting to try it myself too.. but again, not sure who is experienced in it and who I can trust.. but would definitely try the Saline (temporary) over the Silicone (permanent).. the Silicone can be very dangerous so I would caution guys against that, can cause guys to throw clots.. the Saline should be okay as that is absorbed into he body..
