I pierced my fraenum yesterday. My friend did it a while back and said the ring git torn out as he slept. I threaded my glans ring through the piercing and then looped it over my cock head (glans) with the ball right next to the fraenum.Hopefully that will protect it. The ring nestles under my foreskin and holds it back. That is a bonus as I like to keep my foreskin retracted.
