I don't have to spread myself during my hole wax. But I do put myself face down ass up on the table as vulnerable as u can be. I always wiggle my ass a little bit when I do it just to add a little enticement and to let my waxer know that I'm ready for it.

My waxer puts a foam wedge under my pelvis so my ass is high and open. I love the sensation of him pulling the wax off my sensitive hole. When its done he puts oil on his fingers and then goes inside stroking my prostate! I'm so open!
