I was on those meds myself a while back and they really do screw you up!
Like you, I had little to no semen, and it even affected my erections!
Two years ago, I had the Urolift procedure done and I no longer need the prostate meds!
Happy to say that all is back to normal, I am peeing like a teenager and have with large amounts of cum again.
