Return to DiscussionsI always use oil , and I have a pool ( inflatable ) to wrestle in , I find that the oil makes the wrestling more fluid as both opponents slide around, it can always level the playing field between opponents who vary in height and weight, it also makes it a much more intimate exoerience and bonding exercise, I know some guys have found that it means you are less likely to get bruised when you are fighting as hands tend to grio less and slide on the skin rather than grip and pull it, the downside is it does take a while to clean up after

Who wins or loses is immaterial. The combat is to train skills in both men and improve them. The winner helps the loser after dominating and inseminating him so he knows he's appreciated and part of the team always.
