The hardest male part to incorporate in a body paint is the penis. Apart from a snake's head, an elephant's trunk, a dragon's tail and Pinocchio's nose. Do you know of any others.
I did see a man painted as the side view of a giraffe. Its hid legs went down his left leg. Its fore legs went down his right leg. The body neck and head were on his torso. Whilst not included in the painting his genitals made the giraffe look very well endowed, hanging between rear and fore legs.
If I can find it I will post a picture of a guy with his torso painted up as a tree with his penis as a branch. You had to look hard to see it.
Still you are right as there are not a lot of things you can do with painting a male.
