My wife and I are avid paddle-boarders at our resort. We do it at least a couple of time per visit.

Funny anecdote about how it all started. My wife and I had always wanted to paddle-board; so when we went to a nudist venue where it was available, we jumped on the opportunity. So we went out; and very quickly my wife proved to have a hard time keeping her balance. As a matter of fact she fell over and took a dive. I was too far to help her out, so she climbed back up by herself. Now unsure of herself, she elected to just sit and straddle the board, paddling her way back. What she initially didn't realize was how wide the board was, causing her straddling to put her in a "spread-eagle" position. When she realized how exposed she was, she just accepted the fact that she was going to be see with her vulva exposed and wide open. Since she'd been relatively modest up to then; so to be completely exposed was not what she'd had in mind lol! But I think that also enabled her to "kick" the last bit of shyness she'd had until then about "how much of her" other people could see.

She's figured out how to keep her balance since then; and really enjoys the activity. She knows she'll be more "exposed" than usual when she climbs and then stands on the board with her feet apart open; and she's perfectly fine with people watching her from the beach.

As far as physical work out, it's great for the upper body. Standing on the board completely naked is also quite liberating. The feeling of my genitals just naturally dangling as a paddle is also great.
