You can change all the directions to a strip game or even more. Kissing, and massage, etc. It's a fun ice breaker with a few couples or a new couple to nudism.I'm interested in other ideas for games.
Besides stripping games (poker, etc.) we also had syrup (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry) with whipped cream smeared on the bodies of the ladies and the guys had to eat/lick it off. Also fruit/veggie parties where every lady brought their favorite and demonstrated its use! Great fun!

Hubby and I brought our twister game to a sex party and when the party started we asked all if they wanted to play naked couple twister. All agreed that it would be fun to try playing with other partners. The ladies put the guys names into a hat and then each lady pulled a name out and then played it with that guy. After the game the paired couple would end up as their first swap that evening. Everyone had a great time and said it was a great way to intro yourself to another partner!

Yes, we do naked Twister too. You can get in so many exciting positions with a few couples playing. I've even given oral to a guy while playing- and then we all fall down in a naked heap and enjoy each other in every way possibleSharon
