As I have gotten older I have noticed that my cock has gotten smaller. Maybe through lack of use (wife not that bothered these days) but whatever reason, I decided to purchase a cheap penis pump as not sure if they worked that well. All I can say is that yes they do give a good erection but you need something like a cock ring to be able to keep the erection. Either that or a willing partner to make use of it straight away!
