From what I've read there are no real permanent results from any technique or device, other than dangerous, expensive surgery. Like most of us average guys, I would love for even just 1 extra inch. I used to use a pump for the fun and hopefully even semi permenant results but it didn't happen. A good pump will bring you to your fullest and perhaps more than you ever seen if you never used one.
