If the pill are not working maybe time to got to pump and rings ( damn that thing is so sexy NOT) or shots. Final fix is an implant got mine 2 years ago and love it.
With the implant, does that mean you are hard 100% all the time? Did your insurance cover the cost?

Cialis always advertises that you can take it and then relax and be ready when you want it. I'd like that, unlike viagra, which I use, that I take 20 minutes prior to sex. Viagra does linger in the system so I do find it easy to get an erection for hours afterward. But I don't have any physical erectile dysfunction. I have a prescription because it takes the edge off any tension around sex. I find it hard to relax sometimes and when I just want to be spontaneous and become and stay erect for my partner I take one. I have always wondered about taking two or three, but I feel a reaction from one so not sure it would be safe to take more. I also wonder about Levitra. I would love to take something that I can walk around semi erect or erect with.
Levitra is my least favorite of the three. My viagra erections are 1 h fairly sustained. Cialis is arousal dependent. Levitra was 20 minutes. Once men reach 40 the ability to have sustained erections is diminished. 2 is max dose. 3 is asking for trouble. Priapism or heart palpitations. The dosing guidelines are on the box or in the insert. Read em. 25 50 100 mg tabs are sold. One full viagra 100mg for a healthy penis is sometimes too much for some men (50 is baseline). The max dose is two tablets. Three is 50% more than max dose. It's going to be pushing your heart and you'll feel palpitations usually, flush and high blood pressure, and many guys will get priapism or unwanted unrelenting painful erection that in some cases requires hospital intervention. I've seen it twice. Not fun. Remember no cock rings.

I tried Viagra and it lasts for one session and then pretty much nothing after I cum. I've found if I take Cialis a couple of days in a row I have has back pain. A bad burning sensation in my lower back. I'm healthy and am on no medications. I hesitate to take it more than one day for that reason. I don't actually use it anymore...for now anyways.

My feeling is that this could be lower back pain caused by more vigorous and longer use of the pelvis in action with respect to the usual, the 12 to 14 hours later makes sense, both from fatigue and expiery.
