Some people have special needs.
One of the things that I learned the hard way is that some people have special needs when it comes to intercourse. My late-wife had diabetes, and I found out that blood sugar can drop when you least expect it. We were having sex in a hot tub. I had to stop in the middle and run to get drinks for her with sugar and give her candy that we always carried for her.... At leasst, I was able to have a lot of pleasure with her the next evening.
