Chat section is not working.

I can't get the chat section to work it says this.
You do not have Adobe Flash installed.

You can either Install Flash or use our HTML5 Chat room without webcam support

I have already installed adobe flash. Any suggestions?

Chat problems

not sure what your problem is.I couldnt get into chat since Mid May.I did everything no luc. We have a winter home in
fla with ComCast . It is now working fine. I had Frontier with my home up North. I guess the only changes is the modem settings which your internet provider will have to help you with. Nothing weong with your computer or website it is in the router modem I guess.
