Are men or women more likely to strip off in public, or even in a nudist place? Unfortunately, I think, women are less likely to. Pity because they would probably be less prone to get an adverse reaction. I can't think of any men who would object to seing a naked woman. But the other way round...
Then for a man to be naked he has to show everything, wheras a woman can just go topless. In any case a woman's genetals are tucked away behind a descrete slit - though she could chose to show more. Quite a few do.
