Implants/ Body modification
I have to say there is little more I hate than implants and other body modifications like plastic surgery. I'm okay with tattoos. But I hate that people think low enough of themselves that they think changing themselves is horrible. That's why I love natural bodies.
The only time I approve of implants is to correct a physical deformity -- breast reconstruction after mastectomy, birth defect, injury, etc. Just to to make them bigger and perkier turns me off. Most of the time you can see they are fake. I admire Victoria for her attitude after she had a mastectomy. She's showing what she has and doesn't have and is proud to do it. That's a real sexy woman!
