There are two ways. (1) hit the media button in the group main menu. You will see other pics of hot naked beach guys and, over to the right you will see the upload button. Hit it and select your photo. Photos uploaded in this way have to be approved by the group mod. But I can't imagine he'd refuse such a hot guy.
Method 2 is in a discussion string like this. Enter your text in a reply and hit save. Then chose Stay. You can then use the box on the right to upload a photo - just follow the instructions in the box, selecting a photo from your computer. Be patient as it takes time to upload - wait for the photo's file name to appear. You can repeat it by hitting clear and selecting another photo. When all is done hit All Done. Then chose Return to the Discussion. Your photo will appear, like the one below (apologies for a not so fit nude man)
