Get a set of Hegar Sounds (Amazon.com has them) and start with a small one that will slide in without any pain. Then workup to the next larger size and use it till there is no pain. It will take time for your cock to feel comfortable with it and so on.

You can use anything that is smooth & clean that fits. Use a little lube, slowly slip it in, if it's hurting you've gone too big. I started with a ballpoint pen,then looked for larger ones, had my wife probe me & loved it.
