I am not a lawyer. But my understanding is that you are not correct.

My understanding is that if you are naked and visible from any public right of way or easement, you are violating the law, even if you are on your own property. So for example, if you are naked in your front yard and people can see you from the street or the sidewalk, then you're breaking the law.

Again, I am not a lawyer and was told this by another guy who is not a lawyer, but he seemed pretty sure about it.
