I removed it for sex because I didn't want to cause dental issues during oral, and it didn't make any difference to me or my husband during anal. I gauged up again to a 0, and that was too much weight. The piercing wasn't deep enough on the shaft to support it, so the skin started to tear. I removed it and never went back.
