In my case, it's because of the pliability of the skin on my scrotum. Placement is difficult and my balls tend to be very mobile. He said that healing may take a bit longer in my case than others.

Asked my piercer about a Jacobs ladder and he said he could do 5 or 6 piercings in one sitting. The price was $400. Seems a bit steep! Didn't take him up on it.
